1st and 3rd Level Exhibition – LIBEREC 2019

3. Dates and venue
The exhibition is to be held in former café Pošta on the following address: nám. Dr. E. Beneše 584, Liberec 1 – Staré Město on September 25th to 29th, 2019
7. Participation requirements
Participation of exhibitors is possible based on sending the filled in registration form to the Organizing Committee (OC) prior to April 30th, 2019. The OC will decide whether an exhibit is accepted or dismissed before May 31st, 2019 and notify the exhibitors within 30 days.
The area available for the exhibitors has a capacity for 16 standard album sheets (26.5 x 28.5 cm) or A4 format sheets organized in four rows of four sheets. An exhibit may also contain A3 format sheets or a combination of A3/A4 sheets.
Individual sheets must be inserted in transparent protective sleeves and marked on their back with sheet number and name of the exhibitor. Five-frame exhibit has 80 standard album or A4 sheets (one-frame has 16).
8. Exhibition fees
Exhibitor is required to transfer the exhibition fee to the given bank account of the OC following the requirements set by Czech Philatelic Union.
- Exhibition fee for five-frame exhibit is 200 CZK (10 USD) per frame.
- Exhibition fee for one-frame exhibit is 300 CZK (15 USD) per frame.
10. Exhibit handling
Accepted exhibits sent via post must be delivered in advance so that they are available to the OC on September 20th, 2019 at the latest.
